Once a Service Writer scans a VIN we can immediately retrieve the customer's records from the DMS if he is an existing customer of the dealership. The Writer simply snaps a few pictures with his Smartphone and fills out a mini condition report. Once the appraisal is submitted, the Used Car Manager or appraiser is immediately alerted that a Service Drive appraisal is in que. He simply clicks on the link and sees all the data he needs to put a value on the vehicle. |
